Susan is a blessing. I had to manage and then sell a nightmare. I purchased the house as a short sale and as a result of a downturn in the market or I would have lost the second mortgage that I had on the property. I then had a person move in who was financially supported by the town but was far from clean Initially, I tried to sell it but could not as the house was simiplt not "showable." I was, thus, forced to evict the tenant. Because I did not want to place an impoverish person on the street, I delayed teh actual eviction to work with the tenant. A year went by and she still did not move. So, I had to bring yet another proceeding. Finally, when she left (she did find a new place), the house needed tremendous cleaning.

Susan Hotchkiss was terrific to work with. She was with me every step of the way, always available to talk, quickly responded to texts or emails and always made sure I was comfortable and that my questions were answered. She offered great advice and was always positive during those more difficult times that always happen during home buying. As a divorced father with two young children making his first home purchace on his own, Susan was patient and immediately knew the importance of including my kids in the home buying process and decision making.
