Let’s work together to make your real estate dreams a reality!
Susan is a blessing. I had to manage and then sell a nightmare. I purchased the house as a short sale and as a result of a downturn in the market or I would have lost the second mortgage that I had on the property. I then had a person move in who was financially supported by the town but was far from clean Initially, I tried to sell it but could not as the house was simiplt not "showable." I was, thus, forced to evict the tenant. Because I did not want to place an impoverish person on the street, I delayed teh actual eviction to work with the tenant. A year went by and she still did not move. So, I had to bring yet another proceeding. Finally, when she left (she did find a new place), the house needed tremendous cleaning.
Susan was there at all times, going far beyond what she was required to do. She recommended an eviction attorney, a closing attorney and even someond to clean and paint the house. She was there during cold weather to insure the pipes did not freeze. At all times she worked with me to sell what was a very difficult house to sell.
She is professional, diligent, honest, thorough, caring, bright and truly takes your interest to heart as she puts 100% into the transaction, the house, the sale, the process and, most importantly, he customer. i could not have been more pleased with Susan, from the moment I had to purchase the house through its sale. She is a gem.
Susan Hotchkiss was terrific to work with. She was with me every step of the way, always available to talk, quickly responded to texts or emails and always made sure I was comfortable and that my questions were answered. She offered great advice and was always positive during those more difficult times that always happen during home buying. As a divorced father with two young children making his first home purchace on his own, Susan was patient and immediately knew the importance of including my kids in the home buying process and decision making. She made us all feel like family and we are lucky to have found her. Thanks for everything, Susan!!
We had an excellent experience working with Susan on the sale of our 4 bedroom home in Oxford, CT. She priced our home perfectly, had beautiful photos taken, held 2 open houses and we had our buyer in 2 weeks! The entire process, including an on-time closing, went smoothly.
Susan was very quick to respond to any questions I had. We mostly used email and text to correspond which worked out great for us and I never had to ask a question more than once. Susan has a very down to earth approach to her business. She’s friendly and professional.
I highly recommend Susan!!
Susan Hotchkiss is a great realtor to work with. She was extremely prompt in replying to my emails and calls. We needed a mortgage broker and she was helpful with names and numbers of reputable companies in the area. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of. You can be certain that she has your best interest in mind and the experience to make the best recommendations. During our walk through, she was also very helpful with staging suggestions. I highly recommend Susan for all of your real estate needs.
Susan did a great job selling our house, from our first meeting to our closing. She gave us great advice on how to prepare our home for listing, she placed great pictures on our listing page to attract a lot of attention, she prepared a great Open House which helped to attract multiple offers, and she was a tremendous help in all final negotiations. With all of Susan’s hard work we were able to get an offer on our house above asking price, and were able to sell our house only 4 days after the house was listed. We truly enjoyed working with Susan on the sale of our home, and will recommend Susan’s services to all of our family and friends. Thanks Susan!
